I was asked last week what my VISION was for my life as an Individual and as a Professional. I have to say, I’ve never really took that much time to really think about it.
So take a moment and evaluate your own life: What is your VISION? Where do you want to go? What do you want to do? Most importantly where is God’s Vision for you?
Realistically: I see my self as an accomplished writer, a publisher, a journalist, a motivational speaker. As far as a family, I don’t think that is in the works just yet, I’m not being selfish– Just being real. I’m still working on “ME”.
Professionally: I’d like to eventually work for Samaritan’s Purse in Boone, NC as a Writer. I see myself on the mission field, giving of my time and energy. I see myself helping people that have nothing.
We ALL have a VISION for our LIFE! God has a VISION for OUR LIFE!! Things may not always go as planned, and there is always going to be ups and downs, but my question for you is: How much are you willing to sacrifice for God? How much are you willing to put on the line?
Are you willing to give up YOUR VISION, for GOD’S perfect vision for your life? Are you willing to lose yourself and completely surrender to his call for your life?
Letting go of yourself as a Christian is one of the hardest things you will go through. Learning to submit your whole life to God is not easy, but once you learn to submit, things just fall into place the way GOD wants it to.
I’m still learning to submit, and be patient on what God has for my life. Life is not always a walk in the park, but it’s a journey. Everything that you’ve got through and what you vision is not always easy, but you can OVERCOME anything with CHRIST.
GOD HAS A HUGE VISION FOR YOUR LIFE, JUST TRUST HIM!!
